Aardvaak is a subscription free UK ISP. You can use our services as much or as little as you wish and we offer great support, multiple email addresses and web space for you to store files or publish web sites.

We try and provide a very quick response to support questions via Email so please use the Contact page to get in touch with us if you have any problems with our services. Please make sure that you are connected to Aardvaak as we cannot support or control other ISPs quality of service.

Here are a few tips to help you get the best out of your Internet connection.

1. Make sure you have an up to date Anti Virus - we strongly recommend AVG from http://free.grisoft.com - we use it ourselves it's that good (and free).

2. Never open any email attachment unless you KNOW who it's from - it may contain a virus or trojan that can take over your PC.

3. Check with your telephone provider for discounts on frequently called numbers and register our number with them.

4. If your mailbox appears to be stuck, use WebMail to log into it and see if it is being blocked by a large email - you can download and delete it from there.

5. Instead of trying to email large files, upload them to your free WebSpace and send the links to the recipients - they will thanks you for it!

6. The Web is a very large place and contains web sites about almost every subject imaginable - use the Web Search at the top of this page to start your exploration.
